Vacancy

As an Eplan technical draftsman in the security domain, you are the key link in every project. All electrical systems are co-driven thanks to the installations you have designed/drawn.

Ever imagined that as an E-plan draftsman you would be the driving force behind the most advanced security solutions? Bavak security solutions are used all over the world by private individuals, governments and uniformed services. Only you, along with your colleagues at Bavak, know that without the system you drew, the level of security would be a lot lower. Before the safety solutions are installed in the field, you have already amply demonstrated your skills. Precisely by drawing the complete installations.

Your duties:

• Working with the project team from concept phase to commissioning on projects in the security industry.
• Drawing electrical systems for the security domain.
• Drawing out appropriate hardware components and control cabinets with Eplan.
• Perform (cable) calculations and checks to meet all customer specifications.
• Monitor drawing progress and adjust planning accordingly.

Your skills!!

To excel as an electrical draftsman, it is extremely important that you are precise in your execution. You want to perform, deliver and satisfy customers. In addition, you quickly pick up new knowledge, learn other techniques and methods if you can, and enjoy developing yourself further in your profession. Professional courses and training will help you achieve this. To start with, as an electrical draftsman, you will at least have:

• An MBO degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or from a similar study.
• Several years of experience as a technical draftsman in industry, mechanical engineering or installation technology
• Knowledge of the electrical drawing package Eplan
• Being able to work independently. But you are not alone. You will be supported by experienced colleagues in the drawing office.
• Good command of the Dutch language is required. English, German is an advantage.
