As a tester, you will be part of Bavak, the specialist in designing and building electrotechnical security systems. Do you want to develop yourself and be part of one of the key players in the Defence Security Solution Industry?

As a Tester, you are responsible for visually, technically and, if possible, functionally checking and testing end products and guaranteeing quality for the customer. From your technical background, you will discover bottlenecks, gain new insights and contribute to improvements. Your efforts ensure quality, continuity and development.

Your duties:

• Preparation of test scripts for automatic and/or manual tests
• Work with colleagues to define testing strategy based on test objectives and risks
• Setting up test in collaboration with developers
• Executing and/or overseeing test scripts
• Preparation of test reports providing insight into quality and risks
• Advice in improvements

Your skills!!

• MBO+ or HBO working and thinking level with, for example, an electrical engineering/IT background
• You are a fluent communicator and speak and write Dutch well
• Preferably also able to communicate in English or German
• You have been working within the technical field for several years
• You have an affinity for component integration
• You have knowledge of api technology or are willing to be trained in it
• You have experience as a software developer
• You are analytical and problem-solving
• You learn quickly, are, curious, entrepreneurial and like to share knowledge
• You are energetic, can work independently and strive for high quality
• TMAP and/or ISTQB certification is preferred

What can you expect?

Together with some 100 colleagues, you will work from Noordwijk on behalf of major clients Dutch and German Defence) on technical systems to guarantee the safety of soldiers. And by this we mean top-of-the-bill solutions that are unique in the world. Great assignments in an SME environment where people are straightforward and you still know all your colleagues by name.
